Locate the Fuel Pressure Test Port
On K-Jetronic systems, the test port is located on the fuel distributor, typically on the top of the unit near the metering head. On most classic Mercedes models, you will find the fuel distributor mounted on the intake manifold area. Clean the area around the test port thoroughly before connecting your gauge to prevent dirt from entering the fuel system.

Connect the Pressure Gauge
Thread the CIS pressure tester onto the test port carefully. Ensure the fitting is snug but do not over-tighten, as the threads on the fuel distributor are soft and easily damaged.
