A Mercedes key is a coded computer, not a piece of metal. Getting one made properly means talking to the Mercedes-Benz server — which is exactly what we do.

How we approach it
Most owners discover the cost of a second key at the worst possible time. We program spare and replacement keys, diagnose Keyless-Go and KEYLESS-GO handle faults, replace worn key shells and batteries, and sort out immobiliser errors that stop a perfectly healthy engine from starting. Where a key must be ordered against your VIN, we handle the ownership verification the process requires. If your remote works but the car will not recognise it, the fault is often in the EIS or an antenna ring rather than the key at all — we test before you spend.

Common questions
Can you make a key if I lost every one I had?
Yes, though an all-keys-lost situation takes longer and requires documented proof of ownership — registration and photo ID matching the registered owner. Call us before you have the car towed anywhere so we can walk you through it.
Is a locksmith cheaper?
Sometimes, but many locksmiths cannot perform Mercedes online coding and will resort to workarounds that leave the immobiliser in a compromised state. We do it through the factory process.
