Inspections & Advice

Extended Warranty Work

Extended warranty companies pay for what is documented. We are very good at documentation.

Typical range: Varies by claim

Signs you need this

  • A covered component has failed and you need it documented
  • A claim was denied and you want it revisited
  • Your policy requires a licensed repair facility
  • You need diagnosis before the adjuster will authorise a teardown

How we approach it

We work with most third-party warranty administrators. That means teardown documentation, photographs, diagnostic printouts and the specific failure language adjusters need to authorise a claim. We handle the adjuster inspection when one is required and will push back when a legitimate claim is denied on a technicality. What we will not do is misrepresent a failure to get it covered — and we will tell you upfront if we think a claim is unlikely to succeed.

What the job includes

  • 01Diagnosis documented to warranty-administrator standards
  • 02Photographic evidence of the failed component
  • 03Direct communication with the claims adjuster
  • 04On-site adjuster inspection coordination
  • 05Clear statement of covered versus non-covered portions
  • 06Itemised invoicing formatted for reimbursement

Common questions

Which warranty companies do you work with?

Most of the major third-party administrators. Call us with your policy details before you book and we will confirm whether they will authorise work here.

What if my claim gets denied?

We will show you exactly why, and if we believe the denial is wrong we will provide the additional documentation to appeal it. If it is a genuine exclusion, we will quote the repair fairly instead.
